Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all lessons, workshops, courses and related services offered by Baeza Flamenco Amsterdam.

1. Lessons & Scheduling
– All class dates, times and venues are published on our website.
– Individual classes are granted only by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
– We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or relocate any lesson or event; in such cases you’ll be offered a full refund or credit toward another session.
– Class sizes may vary; we cannot guarantee a specific participant ratio.

2. Registration & Participation
– Your spot is confirmed only once full payment is received.
– We reserve the right to refuse or remove any participant for misconduct or failure to follow our Code of Conduct.
– You agree to follow instructors’ guidance and treat fellow students, staff and venues with respect.

 

3. Data & Privacy
– By registering, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data for course administration, communication and marketing.
– We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
– We record and photograph classes for the purpose: promotional use (website, social media, print). If you do not wish to appear, tell us in writing before class; we will make reasonable efforts to keep you off-camera and blur your face in any footage where you appear. 
 

4. Payments

​- All payments should be made by bank account transfer. â€‹

- How to cancel: All cancellations must be made in writing to olgabaezasanchez@gmail.com. If you cancel when the course already started the money is not refundable, and no replacing credits will be given.

- Exceptional circumstances: If you must cancel due to serious illness/injury or the death of an immediate family member, we will make an exception and you will have a credit to come to the lessons in future (only valid for the coming course).

- For private classes, since you booked and paid for a package you have a maximum of 4 months to use the classes. After this period if you didn't finish the package the left over classes will expire, and no money will be refunded.

5. Hygiene, Safety & Preparation
– Personal hygiene: Please arrive clean—ideally in fresh clothing and well‑groomed.
– Attire: Wear comfortable, breathable clothes that allow full movement—ideally dance‑friendly footwear.
– Hydration: Bring your own water bottle; staying hydrated is your responsibility.
– Safety: Follow all instructor guidance and venue rules to keep yourself and others safe.
– Liability: Participation is at your own risk. Inform us in advance of any injuries or medical conditions.

 

6. Damage to Venue Property
– Loss or damage to partner‑venue property caused by you will be invoiced at cost.
– Please treat all venues, equipment and props with care.

 

7. Complaints Procedure
–Raise any issue directly with us at olgabaezasanchez@gmail.com so we can resolve it informally.

 

8. Intellectual Property
All choreography, teaching materials, music, photographs and logos are ©â€¯Baeza Flamenco Amsterdam. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

 

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
